For this reason Perfect Penguin provides a number of standard support agreements to cater for I.T. systems & Internet application and database support or tailor-made agreements may be offered to suit the specific client scenario. Support agreements are available that include telephone, email and remote* support as well as comprehensive on-site services where necessary.

* Remote access support is dependant on a number of factors including the client's network type and Internet connectivity.
