For the convenience our our Internet and I.T. services clients Perfect Penguin offers a number of forms of pre-paid technical support and/or maintenance agreements, which enable client organisations to seek assistance, guidance or support for technical issues relative to their agreement type.

Typically, clients for who we have provided I.T. infrastructure services will require an agreement to provide cover for the on-going support of computer systems (including servers, client PCs/terminals, routers etc.), their operating systems and applicable software*.

Levels of maintenance agreement are available to include telephone and email support only, the addition or remote access support** and fully comprehensive services to include visits to site, where necessary.

* Software applicable to be covered under such an agreement will be identified prior to the agreement being formalised.

** Remote access support is dependant on a number of factors including the client's network type and Internet connectivity.

internet, e-business, e-commerce, application & database development

Internet & e-business applications, e-commerce platforms and database implementations are also eligible for support under an appropriate maintenance agreement and these are generally offered on a per-application basis depending on the requirements of the client. Site visits are generally unavailable to these types of maintenance agreement since most instances of supported applications and databases operate from a web server or are accessible remotely via an Internet connection.
