Customers without a maintenance agreement and an accompanying six-digit support ID may telephone the premium-rate support number for immediate guidance*. * Subject to engineer availability and the ability to effect a suitable resolution remotely. A site visit(s) may be required to provide a satisfactory resolution, which will be chargeable and require a formal order from the customer. |
