Whilst we actively encourage all clients to ensure they have a maintenance agreement in place to ensure help is only a phonecall away, and that associated lead-times are a known quantity, Perfect Penguin prides itself on having a very flexible support infrastructure.

Much like our technology consultancy and general IT services, we offer our support to clients new or old on an ad-hoc or 'as needed' basis. Whilst our reaction times for this type of support do differ from those available to fully maintained clients, we pride ourselves in being able to respond quickly and professionally to help solve your IT problems as quickly as possible.
